Who is responsible

RENVERE is an online publication operated by Steve Altattan. This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit renvere.com, use the Routine Finder or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email info@renvere.com.

Browsing, searches and necessary website functions

Your browser sends technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page, to the website infrastructure so it can deliver the site. A search entered into our site search is sent to the website to retrieve results. Do not include confidential or medical information in a search.

Hosting systems may process access, error and security records, including IP addresses and request times. The absence of visitor accounts does not mean that no technical records exist. We use necessary delivery and proportionate security processing for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the publication. Provider log and backup retention periods have not yet been verified.

Your Routine Finder answers

The Routine Finder uses preset educational rules to display general care guidance. It does not diagnose a condition, assess a photograph, perform a clinical review or make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

The finder keeps your selections in page memory. Its own code does not send the raw answers to RENVERE, an external AI service or an analytics event, or store them in browser storage. Restarting or reloading clears them. Downloading a plan saves a text file on your device. Ordinary website traffic and any consented analytics are separate from this local question flow.

You can see and download a result without providing a name or email. Please do not enter medical history, photographs, identification documents or information about another person.

Requesting an email copy

Email-copy requests are optional and currently handled manually. If you submit one, the form sends your email address, optional first name, care plan, consent choices and request time to RENVERE through the website mail system. The form also processes technical information needed to validate and protect the request. Do not use another person’s email address.

Your plan can reveal a care concern. The separate request checkbox asks for your explicit agreement to process the plan and contact details for this copy request, including any health-related information the plan may reveal. Our basis for this optional processing is consent; where the plan reveals health information, we rely on the explicit consent requested for that purpose. You may withdraw consent by emailing us, although this cannot undo a copy already sent.

Contact Form 7 handles the request through WordPress. We have not added a submissions database or a third-party marketing platform. The request and subsequent correspondence may remain in the email systems used to fulfil it. A successful form response means the site accepted the request, not a guarantee of inbox delivery.

Optional RENVERE email updates

Requesting a plan does not by itself subscribe you. Only the separate, unchecked updates box records a request for occasional RENVERE care guides and product updates. Product updates may include clearly disclosed affiliate links. This choice is optional and does not change access to your results.

We use consent for these updates. The request record includes the email, any name provided, the consent wording/version and time. Updates are managed separately from the care-plan request; no automated campaign service has been connected to this finder. You can withdraw an updates request or unsubscribe by emailing info@renvere.com with the subject Unsubscribe. We will stop marketing to that address and may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your choice.

Cookies and Google services

The site uses Complianz to manage cookie choices. Use the Manage consent control to review or change your choice. Necessary cookies may remember that choice. The website’s cookie controls and any available cookie notice provide the current categories; browser settings can also remove cookies.

Google Site Kit connects RENVERE with Google Analytics and Search Console. Analytics can process information about page use, device/browser and interactions when enabled under the applicable consent settings. Search Console provides search-performance information to the site operator. Connecting these modules is not a guarantee that every cookie or tag is correctly blocked; the consent implementation requires ongoing checks.

The finder does not intentionally include care-answer values, names or email addresses in custom analytics events. Other normal site and form interactions may be measured according to the site’s consent configuration. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing.

Contact, affiliate links and other services

If you email RENVERE directly, we receive the address, message and information you choose to include. We use it to respond and manage the enquiry, normally for our legitimate interests in handling correspondence. An ordinary enquiry is not consent to marketing.

Clicking a retailer or affiliate link takes you to another service with its own privacy and cookie rules. A retailer may record referrals under its programme. See our affiliate disclosure. The current Routine Finder does not display Amazon product links; future links will be labelled. We do not sell the finder’s care answers or provide them to Amazon for product matching.

Website hosting, email delivery and authorised technical support providers may process information needed for those functions. Provider identities, storage locations, log periods and transfer arrangements are still being confirmed. We do not claim that all processing stays in Europe. Google and other providers may process data outside the EEA; ask us for the available information about the relevant arrangements.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for the purpose that justified collecting it, subject to applicable legal needs. Our operating rule is to review fulfilled email-copy requests within 30 days and remove copies no longer needed; ordinary enquiries are reviewed within 12 months of resolution. These are manual handling rules, not an automated deletion service. Provider logs, mail queues and backups may have different periods that remain to be verified.

Updates consent records are retained while the request remains active. After withdrawal, a minimal record may be needed to avoid contacting you again or to demonstrate how the request was handled. We review other records where there is a specific continuing need, dispute or legal obligation.

The site uses HTTPS. Access to administration and correspondence is limited to the operator and authorised services or support. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please send only information needed for your request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data. You can object to legitimate-interest processing and to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email info@renvere.com with enough context to identify the request. Do not send identity documents with your initial message. Requests are normally answered within one month; where a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it.

You can complain to a competent data-protection authority, including where you live or work in the EU or where an alleged infringement occurred. The EDPB authority directory lists contacts. You do not need to contact us first.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the finder, provider arrangements, email handling or other relevant processing changes. The effective date appears above. For any question about this notice, contact info@renvere.com.
